THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Friday, November 28, 2008.

Irene L. Billings, 93 of Ames, died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in rural Jewell. A luncheon will be served immediately following the service. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Jewell.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Becker Funeral Home in Jewell is in charge of arrangements.

Irene is survived by a brother, Eugene (Ruth) Olson, of Jewell, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund has been established in Irene's name.
