HOLDREDGE LAD DIES AT HOSPITAL MONDAY

William Earl Holdredge, 8, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Holdredge, 1504 Burnett avenue, died at 9 a. m., Monday in the Mary Greeley hospital.

The Holdredge lad was born in Ames Aug. 14, 1927. He was in the second grade at Roosevelt school.

Surviving him are his parents and one brother, James, two years old; also his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Nicholson, formerly of Ames but now residing in California. Funeral arrangements were not completed Monday noon, pending word from the grandparents. Burial will be in the Ames cemetery.

Holdredge Service To Be Held Thurs.

Funeral services for William Earl Holdredge, 8-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Holdredge, 1504 Burnett avenue, who died Monday
morning at the Mary Greeley hospital, will be held at 2:30 P. m. Thursday from the Lutheran church, with the Rev. Amos W. Stolen in charge. Burial will be in the Ames cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the Duckworth Funeral home Wednesday, and until time of the services.
