Roy Paul Abrahamson, age 83, of Shoreview, Minnesota, died at his home on July 27, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Delores Olson Abrahamson; sister, Mary Parker and her children, Susan (Peter Kohlenberg) Parker, Elizabeth (James) Newgord, Cynthia (Lloyd) McCormick, Kathryn (Craig) White; brother, David (Terry) Abrahamson and their children, Mary Elizabeth (Paul) Vladovich, Claire (Jeffrey) Neubauer, Thomas Roy (Joslyn), Paul, Olaf C. (Karen), and nephews; Terry D. (Kim) Olson and Todd P. (Melody) Olson; many grand-nieces and nephews and five great-grand nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents, Roy and Thesine; brothers-in-law, Robert D. Olson and John G. Parker.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 8, 4 - 7 p.m. at HolcombHenry-Boom Funeral Home, 515 Hwy 96 at Mackubin, Shoreview, Minnesota. Memorial services will be Saturday, August 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Roseville Lutheran Church, 1215 Roselawn Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota with visitation beginning at 9 a.m. Private interment will be at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis. Memorials preferred.
