Levi Hill Rites Are Held at Boone

Funeral services for Levi Hill, 74, former Ames resident, were held at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Betchel of, Boone and at the North Marion Street Methodist church of Boone Monday afternoon.

Mr. Hill died suddenly Friday from the effects of a stroke of paralysis suffered earlier in the day. For the past few months Mr. Hill lived at the Boone county farm.

Mr. Hill left Ames, about 13 years ago. He has a umber of relatives in and near Ames. A son, Hadley. Hill, lives north of Boone.
