PROMINENT SLATER MAN DIES SUDDENLY

SLATER, Feb. 3, - Arne B. Twit, 44, one of Slater's most prominent citizens died Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock of pneumonia after a week's illness.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Bethlehem church with burial in the Slater cemetery.
Mr. Twit at the time of his death was a member of the township board of trustees, of the Slater school board and the Slater creamery board of directors.
Besides his wife, four children all at home, survive. They are Everett, Hubert, Gladys, and Arlene.
Mr. Twit's mother Mrs. Hanna Christenson, and two brothers and two sisters, also survive.

A large number of people from Sheldahl vicinity attended one of the largest funerals ever held at Slater Bethlehem Lutheran church of Arne Tweedt.
