MRS. J. N. M'CURDY DIES SUDDENLY

Mrs. J. N. McCurdy, wife of the Rev. Mr. McCurdy of Kelley and mother of Roy McCurdy of Ames died suddenly about 8:30 o'clock Friday evening at the Methodist hospital in Des Moines from bronchial pneumonia and complications.

No funeral arrangements have been made.

Mrs. McCurdy was taken to the hospital from Kelley Thursday night. She had been ill about
a week.

The Rev. Mr. McCurdy is a retired Methodist minister. He came to Kelley from Millerton about eight years ago but for three years, 1925, 1926 and 1927, was pastor of the Congregational church here.

Besides the husband and son, Mr. McCurdy of Ames, a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Miller of Belle Fourche, S. D., and two grandchildren, James and Allen, children
of Mr. and Mrs. Roy McCurdy, survive.
