Ill health and an imagination which magnified his misfortunes, are believed to have brought William Hitchcock, 40 years old, to take his own life Saturday night at the home of his mother, Mrs. J. W. Harper, at Pleasant Grove, southeast of here. He was found by Mr. Harper hanging from a rafter in the barn.
