NEVADA, IA. - Margaret Backoff of Nevada died of a heart ailment Saturday at Rolling Green Village. She was 82. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Assembly of God Church, of which she was a member, and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery at Collins.

Mrs. Backoff, a homemaker, was born in Chariton and lived in Nevada for 30 years.

She is survived by two sons, Irven Boozell of Des Moines and Lonnie Boozell of Riverside, Calif.; two daughters, Betty Breer and Mary Smith, both of Collins; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
