Herman L. Olson, 77, of Story City, died Wednesday at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines from injuries sustained in a Wednesday automobile accident.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in Bethel Lutheran Church in Story City with the Rev. Donald Berg officiating.
Burial will be in the Story City Municipal Cemetary and the body will lie in state at Soderstrum-Larson Funeral Home in Story City until time of service.
He is survived by his widow, Myrtle Olson; one daughter, Mr. Idellys Anderson of Minburn, one foster son, Joe.
