Frank W. Toll, 59 year of age, of Garden township, Boone county, died about midnight Monday at the Mary Greeley hopital after a short illness.
He was born Mar. 22, 1884 in Pennsylvania, and came to Iowa 43 years ago. He was a college graduate.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret, a son, Frayne and a daughter Mary Louise both at home. Also a brother, Henry, and a sister, Mrs. Emma Swanson, both of Kelley. He has two stepsons in the service: Pvt. Oscar DeLong in the Army, and Ensign James Alfred DeLong, who is in the Navy.
Funeral services are being arranged for Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, according to work givn by the Duckworth funeral home.
His former pastor at Ogden will be in charge of the funeral services, with burial in the municipal cemetery here. However, plans are pending subject to contact with Ensign DeLong as to possibility of his coming.
