Bradley Clark Jamison, 46, of Savage, Minn., was killed Monday, Feb. 25, on icy roads in northern Iowa. He is the son of Charlotte and the late Robert Jamison, of Ames. He leaves behind a beloved wife, Darcie, and two girls, Kirstin (11) and Natalie (8).
Services will be Saturday, March 1, at Evergreen Community Church in Lakeville, Minn. He will be laid to rest in Ames Municipal Cemetery next to his father.
Brad was born June 21, 1961, in Ames. He graduated from Iowa State University in 1983, majoring in transportation and logistics. For 20 years, he has been employed by J.B. Hunt Trucking Company as a regional sales manager, the past 10 years in the Minneapolis area.
Growing up in Ames, he was a member of Collegiate United Methodist Church and was actively involved in the youth program there. He always had a love of sports. He played recreational baseball and softball all of his life. He also was an avid fisherman. His devotion to his family and his church defined who he was as an adult.
