George Dye, 85, Died Tuesday. George Dye, 85, native of Story county, passed away Tuesday evening (19 August 1947). He was born in Story county, Oct. 11, 1862, a son of George and Nancy Dye. Funeral services will be held at the Morfoot Funeral Home, Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Roy L. Palmerton officiating. Committal will be in the cemetery at Hickory Grove.
