THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Wednesday, January 23, 2008.

Jan. 12, 1936-Jan. 20, 2008

William "Bill" Shadle, 72, of Boone, died Sunday, Jan. 20, at the Evangelical Free Church Home in Boone. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at First Evangelical Free Church in Boone. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery southwest of Boone.

Friends may call from noon until 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, at Schroeder Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall streets in Boone, where the family will be present to receive friends from 6:30 until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Memorials may be given to the family to be used at their discretion.
