THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Friday, January 18, 2008.

Ed Sidey, 82, editor and publisher of the Greenfield Adair County Free Press, died Thursday, Jan. 17, of kidney failure. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, at First Presbyterian Church in Greenfield. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, at First Presbyterian Church. He was a master editor-publisher, past president of the Iowa News Association and past president of the Iowa News Foundation.
