Patricia Moore, 98, of Madrid, formerly of Creston, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, at Madrid Home. Private graveside services will be Saturday, Jan. 5 with Mary O'Riley officiating at Graceland Cemetery.

Patricia was born March 17, 1909, in Ottawa, Kan., the daughter of John Edward Callan Sr. and Lillian A. (Sutton) Callan. She married Don Wesley Moore on March 31, 1930, in Baldwin, Kan. She was a homemaker, and together with Don, owned and operated the Don Moore Music Store in Creston for many years.

She is survived by one daughter, Donna (David) Wilder, of Ames; five grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don, in 1989; one son, Don (Bill) Moore; two sisters, Ellen Callan and Mary Anderson; and two brothers, Edward and Orlan Callan.

Visitation with the family present will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at Pearson-Coen-Beaty Family Funeral Service, of Creston.
