Funeral services were held for Clara Jacobson Friday, April 7, 2006 at St. Paul's Lutheran Free Church in rural Jewell. Burial was at the St. Paul's Church Cemetery. Visitation was held Thursday, April 6 at Soderstrum Funeral Home.

Clara A. Jacobson was born Dec. 28, 1915 in Roland to John and Martha (Munson) Jondall. She married Harry L. Jacobson on Aug. 12, 1936. Harry died June 15, 1985. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Clara enjoyed quilting, writing letters and cards, watching Days of Our Lives, and riding her bicycle. She also enjoyed visiting with people and having people come to visit her.

Clara passed away Saturday, April 1, 2006 at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida at the age of 90.

She is survived by three daughters, Shirley Wilkinson of New Braunfels, Texas, Sharon Clark of Crystal, Minnesota, and Sherry Nollan of Palmetto, Florida; seven grandchildren, Jeff, Todd, Scott, Kevin, Robin, Marissa, and Christine; and nine great-grandchildren.

Clara was preceded in death by her parents; and eight brothers and sisters.
