OBITUARY
WANTZ

Mrs. Sherman Wantz died at her home, nine miles south of Redwood Falls, Minnesota, at 1 a.m., April 19, 1913.

The funeral was held from the home, Rev. Ainsworth, of the Christian church, officiated.

Mrs. Wantz was ill only a short time when complications caused by measles made it impossible for medical skill to save her. A nurse assisted by her mother cared for her and the children, who are also ill with the measles.

Mrs. Wantz (Miss Bertha I. Allen) was born at Blandesburg, Iowa, Feb. 18, 1877. She married Sherman Wantz [in Story County /H/] April 19,1896. Eleven children were born to them, of whom eight are living, the oldest being sixteen and the youngest one year old. Mrs. Wantz is survived by her husband and widowed mother, three sisters and two brothers. She is also mourned by a host of friends.

She united with the Christian church at the age of 17 and led an exemplary christian life. The members of her church and her many friends unite
in extending sympathy to her husband and children in their bereavement.
