Terry Nicholas Anderson, 63, of Nevada, died Saturday, Oct. 27, at his home. The body has been cremated and no services are planned. Burial of the cremains will be in Hudson Cemetery.

Terry N. Anderson, 63, of Nevada, died Saturday, Oct. 27, at his home. A memorial service in his honor will be at 6 tonight at the chapel at United Methodist Church in Nevada.

Terry N. Anderson was born in January 1944 in Lake City. He was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps.

He was the father of Brian Anderson, of Portland, Ore., and ex-husband of Sheri Anderson, of Ames.

He was the oldest of five and is survived by two sisters, Sandy (John) Adams, of Roland, and Sharon (Duane) Reid, of Hudson; and one brother, Carey (Diana) Anderson, of Bettendorf.

He was an uncle to Alexis, Nicole, Renee, Shara, Ben, Natalie and Travis, and a great-uncle, too.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Frank Anderson; one brother, Dennis Anderson; and infant son, Darin Anderson.

My dad made many friends across Iowa over the years and will be missed by many. I miss you, Dad. Love, your son.
