Craig Alan Hein, 52, passed away Friday, Sept. 28, at his home in Adel after battling cancer.

Memorial graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, at the Linnwood Cemetery in Boone with a visitation at the Schroeder-Walter Funeral Home on Story St. in Boone starting at 2 p.m., and family present from 5 to 7 p.m. A visitation will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, and family also will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. at McCalley Funeral Home in Adel.

Memorials may be directed to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
