THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Wednesday, August 8, 2007.

Anne Kosko Bennett, 90, died Saturday, July 28, at Israel Family Hospice House. A private family memorial service was held prior to cremation.

Anne Kosko Bennett was born in Elizabeth, Pa., and lived in numerous countries due to her husband's civil service work. She had lived in Ames for six years, having moved from Tucson, Ariz., to be closer to her daughter and family.

She is survived by one son, Allen (Marie De Graca) Bennett, of Brasilia, Brazil; one daughter, Marsha (Paul) Readhead, of Ames; five grandchildren, Natasha, Timandra and Morgana, of Brazil, and Adam and Justin, of Minneapolis; and one great-granddaughter, Saga Linnea Readhead, of Sweden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Bennett, three brothers and her parents.
