Charlene Sue Rinehart, age 70, of Peachtree City, Georgia, formerly of Story City, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, July 16, 2006. Memorial services will be held Sunday, July 23 at Peachtree City United Methodist Church in Peachtree City, Georgia.

Charlene was born and educated in Story City, later graduating from Iowa Lutheran Hospital of Nursing. She traveled extensively throughout the world as a military spouse and registered nurse.
A member of the Peachtree City United Methodist Church, Charlene was active in the choir and other ministries. She enjoyed golf, music, water aerobics, quilting and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Linda Rinehart of Fayetteville, Georgia, Steven and Barbara Rinehart-Jones of New York City, New York; daughter and son-in-law Carrie and Mark Davidson of Clinton, New Jersey; sister Marilyn Moe of Mishawaka, Indiana; Jim and Pat Bergeson of Webster City; six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Verle Rinehart of Pella and her parents, Jeremiah (Jim) and Margaret Bergeson.
