Maxwell Girl Died in Des Moines Hospital; Funeral on Tuesday

Maxwell. July 22. Funeral services for Margaret Evelyn Meyers, 18, who died at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines Sunday, will be held at the Bretheren church, south of Maxwell Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 after which interment will be in the nearby cemetery.

Miss Meyers had submitted to a major surgical operation at the hospital a week previous but death resulted from conditions which later developed.

She leaves besides her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Meyers, a sister Mrs. Neva Rodifer and brothers, Keith and Kenneth at home.

She had lived practically all of her life on the farm 3 miles southeast of Maxwell.

Rev. C. E. Lookingbill of Nevada will conduct a prayer service at the home at 2:00 and the funeral service at the church at 2:30
