Irene H. Hall, 94, of Roland, died Friday, Dec. 22, at Bethany Manor in Story City. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon and services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, at Bethany Manor.

Irene H. (Twedt) Hall was born Dec. 4, 1912, in Hamilton County, to Henry and Isabelle (Wicks) Twedt. She was baptized and confirmed at Bergen Lutheran Church in Roland. She married Silas M. Hall Oct. 3, 1931, and lived most of her life as a farm wife in the Roland area. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Roland.

She is survived by one son, Harlan (Pat) Hall; two daughters, Ilene (Hall) Lage, of Roland, and Sherry (Harvey) Anderson, of Panora; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband April 1, 1952; her parents; four brothers; two sisters; and one son-in-law.

Soderstrum Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
