Emma Knox Taber, 4, of Greeley, Colo., died Nov. 14 at the Children's Hospital in Denver. Colo. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at First Congregational Church in Greeley.

Emma was born Oct. 6, 2002, in Greeley, to Michael and Kara (Knox) Taber. She loved to dance, giggle and write. She was a princess. She was the happiest when her family was together. She loved to share her crust with her dog, Misty. She also enjoyed watching cartoons. Her favorite color was pink. She loved receiving flowers from her grandpa Knox.

She is survived by her parents; one sister, Caitlin Taber, of Greeley; one brother, Ben Taber, of Greeley; her grandparents, Margaret and Jerry Knox, of Ames; one step-grandmother, Claire Taber, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; one great-grandmother, Marie Worline, of Paonia, Colo.; one aunt, Laurel Knox (Tom Murphy), of Las Vegas; and one uncle, Mark (Robin) Taber, of Grand Junction, Colo.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Taber, and her grandfather, Dick Taber.
