Carol Ann Sager, 69, of Collins, died Friday, Nov. 10, at the Taylor Hospice House in Des Moines. Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, at the Bacon Funeral Home in Maxwell. Burial was in the Collins Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation with the family was 6:30-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, at the Bacon Funeral Home.

Bacon Funeral Home in Maxwell was in charge of arrangements.
