Oct. 6, 1911-Oct. 24, 2006Marcia M. Boysal, 95, a resident of Linn Manor Care Center in Marion and formerly of Allerton, died Tuesday, Oct. 24, at the care center following a short illness. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, at Murdoch Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Marion by Grant Hagan. Graveside services will be at noon Saturday, Oct. 28, in Allerton Cemetery.
Marcia was born October 6, 1911, in Allerton, the daughter of Boyd and Eva (Shelton) Morgan. She married John Boysal. He died in April 1974.
She is survived by two daughters, Joan Larson, of Ames, and Joyce (Harley) Donald, of Marion; two brothers, Richard Morgan and Robert Morgan; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John; one brother; and one sister.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to Linn Manor Care Center or St. Luke's Hospice.
