Marie Harriett Buche

Marie Harriett Buche, 98, of Madrid, died Friday, Oct. 20. A memorial service was today at United Methodist Church of Sheldahl.

She is survived by two sons, James (Helen) Buche, of East Moline, Ill., and Charles (Darlene) Buche, of Madrid; three daughters, Margaret (Roy) Picht, of Ames, Phyllis Martens, of Huxley, and Velma (Don) Reese, of Madrid; one son-in-law, Larry Dutton, of Dunlap, Ill.; one sister, Mildred Jacobson; and many other family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis; one daughter, Irene Dutton; two granddaughters; and one great grandson.

Memorials may be given to United Methodist Church of Sheldahl, Slater Historical Society or Big Creek Historical Society.

Soderstrum-Riis Funeral Home in Slater is in charge of arrangements.
