THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Saturday, September 30, 2006.

Constance Marie Danielson, 93, of Story City, passed to eternal life on Wednesday, Sept. 27 in Torrington, Wyo., as a result of a stroke while visiting her family. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 1, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Ellsworth with Pastor Michael Herschberger officiating.

Connie shared her music with Stoye Club, Salem Lutheran, Trinity Lutheran, Drake University, Waldorf College (Distinguished Alum), Central Iowa Music Teachers, Iowa Music Teachers Association (Master Teacher), National Guild of Piano Teachers and Music Teachers National Association, where she proudly chaired the National Certification Committee.

Connie is survived by her son, Clark; her daughters, Camille (Dave) Kundert and Dianne (Jim) Kallay; granddaughters, Amy and Holly; her precious caregivers, Dawn, Deloras, Jacque and Corinne; and hundreds of her dear piano students, most recently Jason, Mackenzi, Jaimee, Spencer and Chris.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Homer; and her parents, Sam and Stella Fredericksen.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.

Gifts may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church of Ellsworth.
