THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Wednesday, September 13, 2006.

Roy Franklin Thomas, 87, died Thursday, Sept. 7, at Eldora Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He formerly lived with his daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Paul Cody, in Colo. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at Colo United Methodist Church in Colo with Pastor Jim Roth officiating.

Bacon Funeral Home and Crematory in Nevada is in charge of arrangements.
