Larry D. Adams, 19, of rural Collins, died Tuesday, June 5, at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines ass a result of injuries received in a May 29 motorcycle accident in Collins.

Born in Des Moines to Mr. and Mrs. Donald Adams, he lived in Collins for 15 years and was a 1978 graduate of Collins High School. He was employed as a fork lift operator at Donnelly Corp.

Survivors include his parents, four sisters, Mrs. Beverly Wheeler of Radcliffe, Bonnie Carico of Des Moines, Susan Paszek of Eldridge, and Marjory Holsinger of Collins; nine brothers, Donald of Des Moines, Richard of Maxwell, Raymond of Collins, Dennis of Macon, Ga., Ronald of Ft. Valley, Ga., James of Nevada, John of Nevada, Jerry of Colo, and Robert of Ames.

Services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Des Moines, with internment at Highland Memory Gardens in Des Moines.
