Evelyn Handeland Goverton, 95, of Ames, died Wednesday, March 29, at Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. Friends may visit from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, April 1, at Stevens Memorial Chapel in Ames. A family graveside service will be in Bethany Lutheran Cemetery in Kelley.
