Recipts mortgag note and Redemption is hereunto atachedI herby ask the Court where as I Redeemed the land on the last day of Redemption to save it to the widow and her's and in this name als paid of the Mortgage and paid taxes as above stabd. The Records of the County sustain the above Statement thereby saving to the Widow and heirs 30 acres of land whic is set of to them and now clear and did advance money for their suport when without it not able to Redem to the amount of 35,000 dollars which sum is due and unpaid the land being apraised at one thousand dollars it will not sell to in (?) the administrator to sell at public auction not less than two thirds the apraisment at which I will take the land if no better bid is offered for case which will be 750.00.
I ask this of the Court believing delay will not equal interest and believing I should have my pay without further delay in as much as there would have been no estate to any one had it not been for me as the land had been sold for taxes during the life of the deceased H. B. Alderman which would have precluded minor heirs and believing that the land is over valued and that there is not now enoug to pay my bill and the last (?) bills which the law make ?fered and court and administrator fees all of which were ? gone only form. I ask an order for Court making my claim a prefered one as there is many others there filed enough which is one note given to me during the life of deceased which I consider worthless as the estate is insolvent now. Even as to prefered claims al of which is Respectfully submitted to your honor the Court by T. E. Alderman.
