300 ATTEND THE ROY BORTON'S SILVER WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Earl Borton were honored by more than 300 relatives and friends in observance of their silver wedding anniversary, Sunday, March 8, at their farm home north of Nevada.
Arthur and Jurine Borton served as host and hostess for the occasion which honored their parents.
Blue and white, the couple's wedding colors twenty-five years ago, were combined with silver for carrying out the theme of the day. A three-tiered wedding cake decorated with the traditional bride and bridegroom served as the table centerpiece. A large frosted silver glow candle was on either side of the cake.
A lovely floral arrangement of roses, greenery and the number "25" in silver, was placed in the center of the buffet. Lighted blue spiral tapers tied with silver metallic ribbon flanked either side.
The corsages and boutonnieres were red roses in the center of blue carnations tied with silver mesh ribbon.
