Ruth McCoy Doggett, lifelong resident of Ames and a nurse at Mary Greeley Medical Center for 35 years, will be clelbrating her 90th birthday at an open house Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Calvary Methodist Church, 24th Street and Hover Avenue in Ames. The open house will be hosted by her children: Jim and Clela Doggett of Ames, Nancy and Al Tate of Omaha and David Doggett of Sunnyvale, Calif. The family requests cards only.
