I was unable to find an obituary of Walter Schemmer in our files, but I did locate a niece of Walter & Inez and she is willing to correspond directly with you. Her name is Mary Ellen Keegan and her email address is "maryell779@aol.com". She has an obituary of Inez, but not an obituary of Walter.

If you are interested in seeing a picture of Walter and Inez tombstone, on the lower left side of our website, click on the link to "IA GenWeb Grave Photo Project" and page 7 of "S", click on "View" for a picture of the tombstone.

In the GSCGS files, we have an obituary of a Bessie Schemmer and some information on Henry Schemmer from the Rock Valley book. If you send us your address, we could mailed these items to you.
