How can I find information from this book regarding my relatives John Burns on p.118 and 418 and the Palmers: Dr. C.E. Palmer listed on pages 224, 232 and 451, Dr. Palmer on p. 226, mr. Palmer on p. 216, Otis Palmer p. 176 and W.H. Palmer on p. 87 amd 334. Thanks so much for your help.
