So this would lend fact to the fact that he was born in Reading Township Sioux County IA.

Plymouth county Early Day Resident expires at age of 88
LeMars, Iowa - Special: Henry F. Becker, 88, well known early day resident of Plymouth county and an extensive land owner and cattle feeder, died at his home here Saturday (April 12, 1947).
Mr. Becker was born February 16, 1859, in Clayton county, Iowa. He married Elizabeth Klinge on November 28, 1879, in Clayton county. Three years later Mr. Becker and his family moved to Plymouth county and to a farm near Struble, Iowa. He retired in 1915 and took up residence in LeMars, where he had lived since.
Mr. Becker was the founder of the German Farmers Mutual Insurance Association of Sioux, Plymouth and Lyon counties. He served as president of the association for 53 consecutive years.
The German Mutual Insurance company has its office in Sioux Center under the management of M.T. Moeller.
