To look up marriage, birth and deaths yourself go to the Sioux County courthouse in Orange City. In the office up the step in the NE corner of the first floor they will let you go back and look at the books.
The Rock Valley cemetery records I believe are held at the city offices at Rock Valley. The newspapers have not been microfilmed so if you need to look up obits you will have to go to the Rock Valley Bee personally and ask to see the papers and copy the obits. (Their older papers are in horrible shape)
You should be able to find a copy of the book at the Rock Valley Library. I can also copy the pages of the book as we have a copy.
If you were not in such a hurry I could help with some of this, let me know how you turn out.
