Go to advanced search, in exact phrase put in 'Boisen Field' and then search. Read those accounts to possibly add to the information on the field.

It appears the ball field was west of town a bit. Possibly on land of the Boisen family or what they donated to the ball team or town. Just some thought on it. I will also check the Hawarden Cennetennial Book if there are any reference to the ball field in the book.
