Hello:
Contact DeKoster Attys at 1102 Main St. Hull Ia 51239 The burial records are kept there for Hope Cemetery.
From the Alton Democrat of Aug 16, 1913 page 6. Dr. and Mrs. A. De Bey went to Sioux City Monday in response to a mesage notifying them of the death of the baby girl of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Bolks. (Here is states a baby girl, your info states Kenneth Arthur Bolks. this in not uncommon for the paper to have the info wrong)
I have checked the headstone index for Sioux county and I have checked the 1939 WPA cemetery index and the baby is not listed on either index.
