Dear Albert:
There are many people that have lived and live in the area of Sioux County IA with those surname as you have mentioned.
If you want to contact current people with those names, I would suggest going to the site for addresses and phone numbers.

Type in the last name and Iowa and you will get all the people with that last name in Iowa. Being more specific and typing in the local town names of Sioux Center, Orange City, Alton, Maurice, Rock Valley, Hull and Boyden will yield the names in Sioux County IA.
You may wish to check the 1880 census of Sioux County that is on our site for the names.
We do have surname files on many of these names, however, I am not sure if that is the information you are seeking. In the files are such things as obituaries and family histories.
It would be quite a lot of work to copy all the files and send them to you.
