HOFMEYER, SNELTJES, DEJONG, BEYER

I have found a listing in the Sioux County history book on page 36 for Gerrit Jan Hofmeyer. I would appreciate it if anyone could research this for me.
Also, any information on the above surnames would be appreciated. Aegidius and Dena Sneltjes are buried in the Newkirk Cemetery.
