For the last month, at least, I have tried to see issues of the Alton Democrat to no avail; each time I get a blank. Is there a reason why?
I have even sent a message to ? about problems; I received an e-mail from newspaperarchives.com telling me the papers would be "scanned" again. When I go into that sight, the same things are brought up: however I am told I will have to pay to see them--waste of money if the papers are not there (and I can see them through your site anyway.) I would appreciate any assistance or advice from you. Connie
