I have found the obit of Thoms Wills in the Hawarden Independent of Jul 7, 1909 on line. He is listed under T. R. Wills. The key words I found it with were Tom Wills and that picked up his son Tom Wills.

He was 57 yrs and died of Bright's disease. He left a wife and five children . It doesn't give his parents or birth date or place.
