I have spent some time on your inquiry. Their is no McCullough Cemetery in Sioux County that I know of. I have not found the death of Helen McCullough age 10 between 1885-1890, nor for the infant Wallace McCullough Jr. There are several McCulloughs listed in the Cemetery Index. Helen - no dates 1 yr 1 mo 15 days dau of D.N. and Z. I. buried in Grace Hill Cem. of Hawarden. She doesn't appear on the grave photos on line, so there must not be a stone. I would assume she was the daughter of Newton D. McCullough listed in the 1900 census of Logan Tsp Sioux county IA. I assume you have that census.
Have you tried to write to the City of Hawarden for a search of their burial records?
So many deaths back then were not recorded on the county level as these apparently were not. Another clue would be to find them in the church records if you knew the church they would have attended.
I hope I have helped you with some clues.
