I am answering your query on the Sioux County site. Their are several Barnards in the Cemetery Index, but I don't see an Alice Howes Barnard. There is a Don R. Barnard with only a 1902 date, his wife was Mary A. Mary A. has only a 1900 date, both are buried in Grace Hill Cemetery in Hawarden IA. The Barnards are in the index of the Hawarden Centennial book of 1987 also.
