Looking for long lost brother

I'm not sure this is the best area, but I have tried everything else I can think of.

My husband and I are trying to find a long lost brother. His name is Jesse Anthony James. His mothers name is Suzie (Or Suzi). Jesse and my husband had a brother who died around 2000, his name was Johnathon Michael and he was 17.

We don't know their last name (Anthony James is a middle name, we believe). Any information you have (or find) would be great. We are in Oregon and have looked everywhere I can think online. Including wading thru the obits for the local paper...too many Jonathon Michaels though :(
