Coming to Iowa in 2 weeks

After 10 years of researching long distance I will finally be visiting NW Iowa. I am wondering where the county records are kept? Also where are the cemetery/burial records for Grace Hill Cemetery in Hawarden? Are all of the newspaper records at the library? Are they microfilmed and indexed? I will be in Sioux Center on Wednesday afternoon, Aug 23. Will there be a volunteer in the library that day? I have genealogical information to leave and an application for a Sioux County Pioneer Certificate - can I leave them with the volunteer at the library or should I mail them.
Sorry for all the questions, but I want to be sure that I am as prepared as I can be - I only have a day or so to spend in LeMars and Sioux Center and lots of information to gather.
