From the LeMars Sentinel, Tuesday, October 6, 1891, Page 4, Column 4:

Sioux County (From the Alton Democrat)--The girl baby of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sardeson died Wednesday morning. The funeral services occured at the Congregational church Thursday morning. The Democrat extends the afflicted parents its heartfelt sympathy.
(Note--This child's name was Mabel Sardeson. She was born August 19, 1891 and died September 30, 1891.)
