Anthony 'Tony' Brouillette, 87, of Greenwood Village, CO and formerly of Le Mars, IA, passed away on December 28, 2023 at Brookdale Assisted Living in Greenwood Village, CO.

There will be no public services.

Anthony Joseph Brouillette was born on March 24, 1936 in Le Mars, Iowa to George and Josephine Brouillette. He attended Le Mars Community High School until enlisting in the United States Marine Corp on November 18, 1953 at the age of 17. He was honorably discharged on November 11, 1956 and later obtained his GED.

Tony was united in marriage to Della Janssen on February 2, 1958 in Craig, Iowa and they made their home in Le Mars.

Tony worked a variety of jobs until he and Della opened their first restaurant, Tony’s Drive Inn. Over the years, he owned several successful restaurants (Rock Valley Restaurant and Drive Inn and The Kitchen) and a car wash. Tony was best known for his broasted chicken.

Tony was a long time member at St. John's Lutheran Church and Eagles Club in Le Mars.

Tony is survived by his wife of 65 years, Della; three children: Bret (Kathy) Brouillette, Bart Brouillette, and Kim (Dick) Corpus; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchildren.

Tony is preceded in death by his father and uncle.
